"Just to confirm your response. Sending a paper mail through USPS each year is your idea of good service??? I think that proved my point. Like a BAD neighbor, State Farm is WRONG! I am writing about a past situation here as I just had another BAD experience with a different agent in Tampa - Jamie Pelzer Agency. Nick Calo State Farm Aurora, IL We had a term-life policy for the lender to a business we launched. We sold it so I requested for Nick to convert half of the term-life into a whole life plan for my husband. He converted the plan into a whole life plan for the lender. When I asked him about it, he stated that he was not paying enough attention because his wife was going through cancer treatment. Now, I am a 2-time cancer survivor and I never allowed my personal situation to impact my work. If I was not feeling myself, I would take time off so as not to screw with anyone's money. That was not a satisfactory response so I escalated. The response from corporate was that I should have been more specific about wanting a personal whole life policy. Who in this entire world would want to provide a whole life policy to benefit a previous lender or any lender??? Jamie Pelzer - Tampa Agency Now, I took a loan against my life insurance policy in 2014 (ten years ago). I have all of my bills set as auto-pay. I happened to notice that my payments were still including the loan payment so I reached out to The Jaime Pelzer regarding this and was told that I am now, only paying interest and that my balance was still basically the same. I was very confused because I never received anything about interest payments. She said, we send annual notices. What ever happened to customer service??? No one seems to have any pride in their work. No one thought, hey this is a 10 year old loan, why don't I shoot her an email (or call) to check in on the situation. That is what I used to do when I was in a customer facing customer service type role. If that had happened EVER in the past 10 years, I would have taken action. Now, my action is to leave every aspect of State Farm. Nick Calo agency made me move my auto and home insurance. Now, the agent Jaime Pelzer is making me move my life insurance, which I had for 40 years. My mom was very pro-active with getting our policies at a very young age. State Farm, you are gross."

"All I can say Is WOW! I have never in all my years of talking with insurance reps have I encountered such a well organized, very patient, very knowledgeable and people conscious as I have inreference to working with Mr. Issac. These representatives of State Farm made me feel important and handled my stressful situation as if I was the most important person in their world. ( I would and have been referring State Farm) and giving out Mr. Issacs number to anyone that do not presently have State Farm. ) HE LOOKED up bundle discounts , and they offered me a lower rate than my use to be Gieco insurance. He cslled back on the exact day and time we agreed upon, he responded via email or returned calls quickly. He was not pushy or over barring. He explained every question, every concern and all forms to me in a calm soothing tone. I repeatedly had questions, delays, I was in need of a peace of mind and surety that I was choosing the right company to fit my personal and work needs with auto and health supplental insurance. When i called my use to be company I did not receive nearly the amount of service as I did when zi called or texted or emailed Mr. Issac. I changed my auto company from Gieco to State Farm because of Mr. Issac's patience and determination to work diligently to accommodate my needs. I called and a young lady answered the phone in a very perfessional and calming manner and informed me I do not have to hang up and wait for a return call that Mr. Issac will be available for me in a brief moment. Awesome Personell, Awesome Experience and Awesome company with well explained benefits."
